Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all lessons and packages booked with MeinKorean.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between MeinKorean and the student for all lessons, packages, and related services.

2. Booking & Contract Conclusion

• A binding contract is concluded once payment has been successfully completed.

• By completing the payment, the student agrees to these Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Payment

• All lessons and packages must be paid in full in advance.

• Prices are listed in euros (€).

• Any transaction or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the student.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed exclusively by the
  Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

• The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Lesson Delivery

• Lessons are conducted online unless otherwise stated.

• Lesson duration and structure are defined on the course and pricing pages.

• MeinKorean reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to lesson content or structure where necessary.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information

• Managing their lesson schedule and package validity

• Ensuring a stable internet connection and functional devices

• Joining lessons on time

Technical issues on the student’s side do not entitle the student to refunds or make-up lessons.

7. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

• All learning materials provided during lessons are for personal use only.

• Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Germany / EU)

By completing the payment, the student expressly agrees that lesson preparation and scheduling begin immediately.
Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun
(§356 Abs. 5 BGB).

9. Liability

MeinKorean shall not be liable for:

• Internet connection issues

• Device, software, or platform problems on the student’s side

If such issues prevent participation, the lesson is considered delivered as agreed.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

11. Amendments to the Terms

MeinKorean reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms apply only to bookings made after the effective date of the change.
